Anyone can learn the numbers and emerge with new skills and confidence around the financial portion of the business. The numbers are not the hard part of hospitality as you will discover from David’s easy-to-follow, logical process in a safe and productive environment.

This Personalized Program Includes: 

  • Reviews and guidance on financial statements, business concepts, trade processes, accounting principles, hotel strategy advanced leadership themes and brainstorming new ideas.
  • Participant interaction: All participants will have ample time to ask every imaginable question, and really focus on their individual needs when it comes to their learning.
  • Relatable material and accessible comparisons to real life hotel case study stories make financial learning fun and interesting.
  • (12) hours of coaching/mentoring completed within three months. Private coaching sessions are scheduled based on our combined schedules.
