Position: Vice President of Finance
Location: Los Angeles, CA / Southern California
We are a small but rapidly growing hotel management and ownership company with a brand focus on lifestyle and design. We are looking for a Vice President of Finance to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed.
The Role:
The Vice President of Finance will be responsible for leading and implementing all financial strategies to support the company’s growth goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company’s accounting team and ensure that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for the company’s management team and board of directors.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth goals.
- Manage the company’s budget and forecast expenses.
- Work with banks and other financial institutions to secure financing.
- Liaise with external auditors and accountants.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 5+ years of experience in a financial management role in hotels.
- Experience with Sage Intacct back office and Cloudbeds Property Management System is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience as a VP of Finance, Director of Finance, or similar role.
- Must currently have all the necessary credentials to work in the United States.
