The service David offers is an advertisement that he personally creates and circulates for up to 30 days on his social media. This includes over 8K Blog subscribers, over 10K LinkedIn followers plus 19K members of his personal LinkedIn group.
We do an extensive search via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and also can create and distribute up to 100 targeted “InMail” messages to highly qualified individuals in your area to extend the search for a candidate if necessary.
Will I have the opportunity to edit the advertisement text to tailor it to our needs?
Yes … to create the ad, we will need some basic job information from you which will be gathered via a personal phone call with your organization.
What is the investment for advertising distribution?
Typical recruiters charge 20-30% of gross salary when they find your new executive. I charge a modest fee for the initial search and a second fee for the successful hire.
We post an advertisement for your position in all areas of David’s network. The initial fee is payable in advance of the advertisement and search.
When we find you a successful candidate, the second fee is payable when the individual is employed by your organization.
Are refunds available if the executive search doesn’t find you a fit?
No, we can’t guarantee that a new hire will work out perfectly for your organization. We vet all the suitable candidates before sending you what we believe is the best fit for employee interviews, salary negotiation etc. by you.
